Karyne is an exceptional Realtor. When my husband and I decided to move to South Carolina from out of state we didn’t have a clue where to start. She made the process easy and enjoyable. She is equal parts caring and professional. She’s very thorough, notices all the small details and is a provides great communication. As someone moving from out of state I found it very helpful that she was so knowledgeable of the area. She was able to provide information on neighborhoods, area taxes, schools and the best boarding for my dog. She also negotiated great terms for our purchase.
